Are all your rooms non smoking?
Yes, all our rooms are non smoking, there is a dsignated smoking section at the rear of the building.
How can we pick up our key?
Our reception team will be in contact the day of your arrival and provide you with the details on getting your key. Although the reception is closed, our team is with you every step during your stay so don't hesitate to give a us a call for anything you may need.
Do you offer contactless Check-In?
Yes, check out the Self Check In tab above and we can prepare your key prior to arrival.
Do you allow Pets?
We wish we could have your furry friends stay with us however, we sadly can't accommodation pet guests.
Do you have access rooms for special needs guests?
Yes, please call our reception or email with your request for our wheel chair access rooms\.
What's in the free Breakfast?
Orange juice, diced peaches and cereal + milk for coffee and tea.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Our Wi-Fi is fast and reaches all rooms in our building. Did we mention its Free?
What is your cancelation policy?
If you book through us directly, it's free to cancel ANYTIME. However, through Online Travel Providers it's 24 hours notice.
Are you close to downtown Wagga Wagga?
We are a 2 minute walk to Baylis Street and all the major shopping districts Wagga has to offer,5 minute stroll to Wagga Beach and a further 5 minutes to the plethora of cafes, pubs and restaurants on Fitzmaurice Street.
